Using our cloud-based enterprise application, employers can efficiently personalize compensation and benefits ("total rewards") based on individual employee preference on a mass scale. We apply a new algorithm to develop total rewards at the individual level, focusing on employee choice within a fixed employer budget while simultaneously maximizing the tax potential of each dollar spent on total rewards.
