Founded in 1966, Rehabilitation Associates has been a small family-owned business for over 49 years with every member of three generations involved in daily operations. Our family has always been dedicated to our mission of providing quality skilled nursing care for the elderly. We pride ourselves on being one of the few health-care providers that offer professional nursing care, within small intimate home-like settings, hence our slogan: “Quality Care, in a Small, Home Like Setting” We take pride of the fact that our facilities are known for providing high quality care and consistently receive high marks from government & state surveys. Progressive Physical Therapy is a private owned outpatient practice providing evidence based rehabilitation care in South-Central Indiana since 1987. Progressive Physical Therapy provides traditional outpatient orthopedic physical therapy along with a specialized interest in industrial and occupational rehabilitation. Progressive Physical Therapy offers on-site physical therapy and work injury prevention management services. Our outpatient clinics are conveniently located in Seymour and Greensburg.
