Composure Compass Information

The Composure Compass uniquely brings together three culture orientations and eight culture qualities. Like a regular compass it helps you determine where you are, decide the direction you need to go and keeps you on track to your chosen direction. The Composure Compass measures your culture by assessing employee’s perceptions on how certain behaviours are consistently demonstrated across the organisation. This provides a reliable and valid measure of the current culture, as well as providing a baseline against which future improvements can be compared.
