We achieve this by engineering Thin-ply Carbon Diaphragms (TPCD®) for solutions and performance levels beyond what is possible with conventional diaphragms. Through optimization of stiffness and thickness in every point in the diaphragm, resonances are controlled while mass is minimized and stiffness maximized. Composite Sound TPCD® applications include speaker cones, tweeter domes, fullrange cones, headphone diaphragms and compression driver diaphragms.
