Composite Creations has been involved in many fascinating projects over the years which have advanced my abilities to be outstanding in the everyday application of manufacturing; especially in the repair of Advanced Composite components. I have developed my skills over the years by being totally hands-on during the projects I take on. This experience includes making plugs/patterns, molds, developing and performing the manufacturing processes, addressing custom paint needs, creating repair documents and executing the difficult repairs in many industries such as high performance auto, marine, aerospace, and sports and recreational equipment. These true life work experiences are what our training workshops are based on. We offer training in one day and multi day programs that refine your skills and those of your employees. Using your input, we assess the needs and offer a program that takes them to the next level in composite manufacturing and repair. No one course can ever meet and fullfill the unique needs of your composite shop. I work with you, to further develop the skills of both parties to perform vacuum bagging, laminating, resin infusion, the basics of working with pre-pregs, grinding laminates to identify plies in process and the unique needs of bodywork and paint applications in working with Advanced Composite Materials. Students have echoed many times over that the presentations and workshops are delivered in a way that they can understand and envision the practical aspects of what they are learning.
