Component Concepts manufactures and distributes custom battery pack components for complex medical, military, and industrial applications as well as consumer electronics. We offer custom battery pack components for alkaline, NiMH, NiCd, primary lithium, and the latest lithium-ion or lithium-polymer battery packs. We will work with your engineering team from the first article/design stage with short-run requirements, to millions of pieces per year. Our facility exceeds the most stringent requirements put in place by all of the various industries and clients we serve. Component Concepts maintains an ISO 9001:2015 certification and RoHS compliance. Component Concepts has over 20 years of manufacturing experience and employs a highly knowledgeable sales staff. Our capabilities include metal stamping, die and laser cutting, connector assemblies and wire harnesses, tape and reel, and nickel tabs.
