ComplyEeze (Pty) Ltd is a specialist financial services compliance consultancy and regulatory training provider established in 2004. We assist financial services providers and other regulated businesses in understanding, implementing and maintaining compliance with South African financial sector legislation. Our approach combines regulatory knowledge with a practical understanding of how financial services businesses operate. ComplyEeze is led by Liza Hietbrink, an approved Compliance Officer and Director with more than 25 years' financial services compliance experience. She holds a legal degree, a Diploma in Financial Planning and has approximately 15 years' experience developing and presenting regulatory training. Our legal knowledge, regulatory expertise, financial planning experience and practical industry exposure enable us to provide technically sound and commercially realistic guidance. We have provided compliance and regulatory training services to South African and international financial institutions. We work with financial services providers, advisers, intermediaries, discretionary investment managers, administrative FSPs, insurers, banks, investment businesses, credit providers, key individuals, representatives, compliance officers, compliance teams, and South African and international institutions requiring guidance on South African financial services requirements.
