At ComPLUS, we focus on raising the individual global communication skill level of business people and provide training and coaching services to achieve this goal. We provide skill development programs for those who already have English skills and are working in a global business environment, but feel that they have not been fully successful working on the front line of global business. From our programs, we believe that the most important goal to take away for global business is to win the trust of people who think differently from you. We believe that the best way to do this is to first find out how your communication style would be perceived by others, learn about what kind of gaps may exist and receive individual feedback on the areas of your communication style that you could improve upon.
