Compliance Verification Tools Information

Compliance Verification Tools is a SaaS application with embedded AI technologies that is intended for Registrars / Regulators to verify that their members' online sites and postings comply with industry and legislative standards. Sites that can be verified include member Websites and Social Media including FB and Twitter. CVT has developed a SaaS (Software as a Service) tool that allows our clients to go through all of their registrant's websites each month (or as needed) and flag terms that may be in contravention of industry standards. The tool also performs daily searches of Facebook and Twitter accounts linked to registrant websites. The SaaS tools allow our clients (Registrars / Regulators) to quickly determine if what has been flagged is a compliance concern or not and enable them to take actions by either marking the identified phrase of word or image as non-compliant, or OKAY. If marked as non-compliant, a link to the page can be sent to the registrant with all offending terms to be resolved highlighted and easily understood and actionable. The tool recognizes when changes have been made and updates its content database so if something is remedied and verified as compliant, it will no longer show as an offence.
