A pioneering entry into the Vancouver market, Faubourg brings to the city its finest gourmet retail locale. We offer Vancouver a truly unique, authentically Parisian experience, catering to the appetites of local gourmands who delight in cultivating sophisticated tastes, and sharing them with friends and family both in our shop and back at home. Faubourg presents a refined and elegant array of products offered in a contemporary and stylish setting. The store is a chic treasure trove of savory gourmet items, authentic French croissants, desserts, coffees and teas, where the emphasis is on the experience rather than just the goods. We want to inspire our customers to adopt the French philosophy of experimenting with new tastes, allow themselves to be seduced by food and indulging in the pleasures that fine food can bring. Reinventing the urban café idea.
