Cassie Marsh serves as Complete College America's Manager of Finance and Programs. In this role, Cassie advances Complete College America's mission by monitoring grant expenses, processing accounts payable and receivable, and contributing to the planning and the execution of the organizations' programmatic strategy. In addition to finance managing, Cassie works closely with a state university that CCA has entrusted as its fiscal agent.
