The rest — skills built through projects, practice, and experience — rarely makes it into the hiring or development process. Competence Works was founded to close this gap. We build the infrastructure that makes competences — formally or informally acquired — visible, verifiable, and usable. Our platform enables education providers to issue structured digital credentials aligned to international standards (Open Badges, ESCO), and gives individuals a portable, trustworthy record of what they actually know and can do. For organisations, this means more than better hiring.
