Through our MICE / PCO services, we design and deliver conferences, meetings and corporate events within Europe. We handle key components such as venue sourcing, registrations/secretariat, supplier coordination, production support and on-site operations, ensuring structure, alignment and seamless logistics for participants and stakeholders. For hotel owners and investors, Compass provides Hotel Management services with a hands-on approach. We support property performance across operations, reservations & sales, commercial strategy, revenue and distribution, aiming for stronger results, improved consistency and a clear market positioning.
