Compass provides Supported Living Services (SLS), Independent Living Services (ILS), and Coordinated Family Support (CFS) for adults with developmental disabilities across California. We support individuals who want to live with greater independence in a home and community of their choice. Our mission is to provide excellent, person-centered services that empower people to pursue their dreams, build meaningful relationships, and experience belonging.
