Founded in 1983 by Larry Mirgon and Frank Reynolds, Compass played a vital role in the development of Central Ohio. Like many markets, the region experienced a decline in demand for new office construction and renovations. This shift prompted several key clients to change their market focus. Combined with the unexpected delay or cancellation of several major projects in the company’s backlog, the current partners made the decision to wind down operations during the first half of 2025.
