Compass Collective Information

Compass Collective is a retained search firm serving mission-driven organizations. We specialize in recruiting professionals for software development, product management, and growth marketing roles. Our team is committed to long-term partnerships. We keep working long after a placement is made and measure our performance post-hire: -How long do they stay at the company? -How effective are they at the company 12 and 24 months after their start date? -How do the candidates feel about the “fit after 12 and 24 months? After immersing ourselves in our clients' unique needs and culture, we identify candidates through our team’s expansive network, hyper-personalized outreach, and our pipeline of candidates seeking mission-driven employment. Then we rigorously evaluate candidates across five dimensions. Our Compass team is galvanized by the long-term success of mission-driven companies and mission-driven candidates.
