Compass Asset Management was founded in 1998 by a team of professionals with many years of experience in the international financial markets. We are completely independent and motivated by a long-term entrepreneurial spirit centered on the satisfaction of our customers. Our company began managing the wealth of private clients through discretionary management mandates, mainly investment funds, to later evolve into an investment fund consultancy and management business. In February 2007, the Swiss Federal Banking Commission (FINMA) granted Compass Asset Management its first authorization as an investment manager of foreign funds under the new Collective Investment Schemes Act (Licol). Since 2017, the company has been authorized by FINMA (Financial Market Supervisory Authority) to operate as a dealer in securities pursuant to Article 25 paragraph 3 of the Stock Exchange and Securities Trading Ordinance of 2 December 1996.
