Compansol Information

Compansol (Computer Analysis & Solutions) builds software that helps TRIO programs spend less time on paperwork and more time on students. Since 1992, we’ve developed Blumen, the student data management platform used by more than a thousand TRIO programs at universities, colleges, schools, and community organizations across the United States, the Caribbean, and the Pacific Islands. Blumen started as a graduate student’s project and grew into the go-to database for TRIO because it made the hardest part of the job easier: turning everyday student data into an accurate Annual Performance Report (APR) for the U.S. Department of Education. Today, Blumen Online for TRIO (BOT) brings everything program staff need into one secure, web-based hub: student records, contact and service tracking, APR preparation, two-way bulk SMS, custom forms, ID-card check-ins for appointments and events, and reporting. It works from any browser with no installation, and mobile apps keep counselors connected on the go.
