Companion Bike Seat is a new bike accessory that lets you safely carry a passenger with you on your bicycle. Based in San Francisco and founded by two life-long friends who believe bicycling is more fun when you can bring a friend along for the ride. Our bike seats support passengers up to 200 lbs and include a locking, water proof stash-box beneath the seat for storage. They install on many types of bicycles, mountain bikes, city bikes, and cruisers, and accommodate a wide variety of bike frame sizes, makes and models. Bike-commuting is on the rise and we aim to spur that trend by expanding the functional use you can get out of your existing bicycle and making it a two-person vehicle with storage. No need for a whole new cargo bike when your existing bicycle will work just fine. We're a young company, though we already have sales in 5 countries and are just getting started.
