ComoCare is a behavioral health provider built to support community health centers and the people they serve. We deliver in-person behavioral health care to communities that have historically been underserved in behavioral health services. Como partners with community health centers (CHCs) to provide integrated behavioral health care where the patient receive whole-person care in one setting. Our team uses proven, evidence-based approaches to help individuals facing challenges such as substance use, mood disorders, and trauma all in partnership with the trusted local health centers that know their patients best.
