Community Support Network Information

Housing. Healing. Lasting Change. Since 1972, Community Support Network (CSN) has helped Sonoma County residents move from crisis to stability through supportive housing and trauma-informed, wrap-around services. We serve transition-age youth, adults with behavioral health challenges, and expecting mothers and young children experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Our approach recognizes that housing is the foundation, but lasting change happens when it is paired with the right support. Through personalized case management, life skills development, behavioral health support, and pathways to education and employment, we help people stabilize, heal, and build independent futures.
