Community Software Group Information

Community Software Group (CSG), a division of Community Networks Corporation (CNC), was founded in 1993 by an MIT educated software developer. Our staff members have extensive knowledge of how multi-service agencies run and we share in the mission to serve others. Some of them have spent many years as staff members at Community Action Agencies prior to working at CSG. We employ talented software developers who have a proven track record in working successfully with non-technical users to create, modify and customize our software products. Since our company launched in 1993, we have collaborated with dozens of non-profits and government entities to develop a range of products that serve the unique needs of those working in social services. CSG currently licenses software to dozens of agencies in several states. We are committed to developing our business by understanding our non-profit customer's needs and providing excellent products, service and support at an affordable cost. Jeff listens well - not a given in this profession - and is willing to help us experiment with new ideas. The energy software is solid, useful, and constantly improved when requests and suggestions are made. These folks make my job much easier!
