The Community Sector Council works collaboratively to find innovative solutions to challenges in the sector. The Sector Council was founded in December 2012 as a non-partisan voice for the not-for-profit and voluntary sector. With funds provided by Nova Scotia’s Department of Labour and Advanced Education, our mandate is to develop organizational capacity within the non-profit sector.
