The Community Outreach Program is a group of professional trainers, instructional designers, human performance technologists, OD consultants, and coaches. We are committed to using our professional skills to improve our community by serving our local nonprofit organizations. COP designs and delivers customized workshops for nonprofits -- for their people, conducted on site. COP teaches subject experts how to design and develop their own, instructionally sound training. COP designs and facilitates meetings -- strategic planning, retreats, town halls for community input.
