Community Mindfulness Project Information

Community Mindfulness Project empowers all people to lead healthier lives by expanding access to mindful meditation. We create spaces that are conducive to learning and connection. We deploy a systemic approach to mental and physical health, social emotional learning and restorative justice in our communities. We are broadly-distributed and community-based. We are secular. We unlock agency and access for communities through partnership. Our tools are affordable, portable and flexible. We work in K-12 Public Schools with highest need for social emotional learning curriculum development, Community Colleges, Clinics and Hospitals, Libraries & Free Public Spaces with Women & Girls, Boys & Men, Youth impacted by the Justice System, Migrants & Immigrants, Substance Recovery Case Workers & Patients.
