Community Living Support Services Information

Community Living Support Services, LLC also referred to as (CLS Services) provides community living support and personal care services with in licensed residential settings often referred to as "Adult Foster Care Settings" each location holding a specialized certification. We provided 24 hour awake staffing. Our experienced staffs have a broad range of experience in developing innovative residential services that will assist individuals in meeting their needs with dignity and respect. S ervices are designed to increase or maintain personal self-sufficiency through the facilitation of an individual's goals of community inclusion, participation, independence, or productivity. Our goal is to empower individuals to make their own decisions that will affect their lives now and in the future. We offer supports, training and tools to help each person define his or her path to success.
