Community Living Association is a Your Life, Your Choice host provider that works with people to self manage individual funding packages. The team offers a range of approaches to individualised and self-directed funding. Fees are assessed against the level of administration and coordination required and range between 5-18%. Additional hourly charges apply when necessary; this is charged at $50.00 per hour. We offer a free introductory session for people with a disability and their family to begin the planning process.
