Community Intelligence Information

Community Intelligence, LLC is a Los Angeles-based Afrocentric research, evaluation, and cultural enterprise working at the intersection of public health, community well-being, Black history, and place. Founded by Dr. Randal Henry, Community Intelligence provides selected public-health research, program evaluation, community-engagement, and strategic consulting services. Its work draws on more than two decades of experience in health disparities, health equity, mixed-methods research, community-based practice, and the development of culturally grounded initiatives. Community Intelligence is also the parent company of Go Crenshaw Publications, an independent publishing and cultural-research enterprise documenting Black Los Angeles history, places, institutions, and community life. Through books, articles, historic-cultural guidebooks, visitor experiences, tours, and public-history projects, the company helps residents, visitors, and partner organizations engage Los Angeles with historical depth and respect for the communities that shaped it.
