Community Impact Builders (CIB) develops leaders and strengthens communities. We are a nonprofit organization based in Newfoundland and Labrador focused on leadership development, mentorship, and organizational capacity building. Our work equips individuals with the skills, networks, and confidence needed to step into meaningful leadership roles in their workplaces and communities. CIB places a strong emphasis on supporting women and underrepresented communities, including immigrants and newcomers, by helping them navigate leadership pathways and access opportunities for professional and personal growth. Through initiatives such as LeadingUP, we bring together emerging leaders, professionals, and community partners to create spaces where leadership can grow and thrive.
