CHIA NSW is the peak industry body for NSW community housing and we represent 100 members who own, manage and maintain 50,000 homes for low-income NSW families. Our members are non-profit community housing providers . These homes are purpose built as long-term rentals to ensure the social stability of their tenants. Our sector has grown rapidly and in the last decade has invested over $1.2 billion to create 3,200 through CHP investment alone. Community snapshot report here .
