Community Foundations is an independent social & affordable housing platform offering a trusted public private partnership in expertise and experience, to develop the infrastructure essential in delivery of the strategic housing objectives of local authorities and private registered providers. Drawing on the collective experience of our Leadership Team, Advisory Panel, and external stakeholders, we take a holistic approach - from strategy through to delivery. Our goal is simple: to create housing solutions that strengthen communities and deliver lasting social impact.
