Community by Design is a collective of experts architecting sustainable social impact initiatives, organizational change, and innovative learning models for individuals, teams, and organizations of all sizes. We are inspired by our passion for making the world a more connected, equitable, and inspiring place for all. Our work takes place at the intersection of organizational design, culture, community, and craft. We work with organizations large and small to build capacity internally so teams can do the best work of their lives. We believe in designing cultures that everyone can thrive within and believe that everyone is a stakeholder.
