Community 360°, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the frail elderly living in nursing homes. Many of them experience feelings of abandonment and loneliness that can lead to depression, out-of-character responses, and over-medication. We address these issues by empowering and mobilizing trusted volunteers to become companions for the people living in nursing homes, providing a bridge to the community.
