Mission: The Communities of Color Coalition (C3) is a non-partisan group of citizens who meet on behalf of the people of Snohomish County to discuss, problem-solve, and advocate for social justice, cultural and religious respect and human rights, especially for people of color and other under-represented groups. Our major areas of concern include but are not limited to the elimination of personal and institutional racism; equal access to and opportunities in education; equal access to and opportunities in economic development and employment; and fair and equal treatment under the law and in our society. We hold virtual and in-person drop-in hours with our pathway navigators who can help you get connected with financial and rental assistance resources. In-person hours are open for walk-ins and are held Tuesdays from 12-2pm/2:30-4:30pm and Fridays 12-4pm through November and December 2022. You can also call out rental assistance line Saturdays between 8am-12pm to speak with an available navigator. You can also call this line and leave a message and a navigator will reach out to you when available. *Disclaimer: Navigators have the discretion to stop processing intakes prior to the end of the allotted office hours to ensure all active cases are processed in a timely manner. In the event that your case cannot be taken during drop-in hours, you are welcome to sign-up for another time and our navigators will get back to you as soon as they are able. Additionally, we want to be mindful of COVID-19 and flu season. We request that you wear a mask when meeting with a navigator in-person. If you are feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms please schedule a virtual appointment with our navigators or utilize the phone drop-in hours.
