Founded in 1990 by co-owners and business partners Carol Levine and Esther Buchsbaum, MECA is a privately held and Canadian owned company with centralized decision-making and without unnecessary layers of management. We are a national, bilingual, full service public relations agency with a diverse roster of clients and global strategic alliances. We work hard to meet the rapidly changing needs of our clients and believe that ensuring their continued success is simply good business. Navigating the cultural and linguistic divide with fully staffed offices in Montreal and Toronto, Communications MECA operates seamlessly in Canada’s two official languages. But language skills and translation alone are not enough to deliver effective communications services. Being sensitive to the social, cultural, economic and political realities that impact consumer or corporate decisions is vital to the communications process.
