CommQuest is proud to be one of the largest behavioral health organizations in Ohio, with over 400 employees, 19 sites, 30 programs, 80+ partnering schools, and 34 counties served. We are providing Hope to more than 20,000 clients on an annual basis through a continuum of addiction, mental health, and social services. Our story started in 1919 when a group of concerned citizens met to create an organization that would provide adoption services for orphaned children in an effort to help them find their forever home. From these humble beginnings, CommQuest Services was born. As the needs of the community have changed over time, we have adapted to meet them. The CommQuest Services organization of today was created when Community Services of Stark County and Quest Recovery & Prevention Services merged in 2015. Since our inception, there have been numerous name changes, several mergers, and a significant number of programs added to our line of services, but one principle has always remained unchanged: HOPE! Hope for orphaned children; Hope for those in need of counseling; Hope for those in need of emergency services; Hope for those considering suicide; Hope for those who have overdosed and Hope for homeless families. This core principle guides our work every day, and we are always looking for ways to better serve our community.
