Commonwealth Homes is a leading retailer of factory built housing in Alberta, Canada. They have a 4000 sq ft facility in Red Deer and a 3000 sq ft facility in Lethbridge. Commonwealth Homes is a part of The Sawatsky Group of Companies which is a premier group of firms that endeavours to exceed the expectations of customers through providing quality products and services. The organization includes, in addition to Land Development, Manufactured Home Sales operations under four company brands; Best Buy Homes, A-1 Homes, Alberta Custom Homes, and Commonwealth Homes. The sales channel is composed of thirteen sales lots (13) across Western Canada in the provinces of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. In addition to the strength of the corporate structure, we own and operate our own fleet of delivery trucks with personnel and a Service Department that includes a written commitment to service.
