Founded by four friends in 2014, Common Grounds redefines the modern cafe experience with specialty coffee, all-day dishes, artisan pastries, and award-winning baristas. Through cross-industry collaborations, Common Grounds finds common ground with creatives in automotive, fashion, food and beverage, and lifestyle. As of January 2025, Common Grounds currently operates 15 cafes in Jakarta and Tangerang out of 19 cafes nationwide, with locations in Bandung, Malang, Palembang, and Surabaya. Common Grounds Group consists of three limited liability companies (PT): PT Kopi Utama Indonesia, which operates Common Grounds cafes; PT Republik Kopi Nasional, which operates the roastery; PT Kopi Internasional Indonesia, which manages ST.
