Commerce Mesh is an Open Protocol for Agent Ready E-commerce. Commerce today is splintered across ad networks, storefront plugins, and walled-garden marketplaces. AI assistants are poised to search and buy for us, but the web isn’t machine-readable, trustable, or transactional end-to-end. Commerce Mesh fixes that by boiling commerce down to four open primitives — Discover → Trust → Transact → Fulfill — exposed as versioned specs and MIT-licensed reference code. Plug in only what you need, run it yourself, fork it, or extend.
