At CommenceAI, our mission is to help organizations confidently adopt artificial intelligence by delivering practical, tailored strategies that turn emerging technology into real business advantage. We partner with leadership teams to demystify AI and apply it across core operations—streamlining workflows, improving decision-making, enhancing customer and employee experiences, and driving scalable, sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive market. STRATEGIC AI CONSULTING At CommenceAI, our mission is to equip organizations with the clarity, strategy, and tools needed to confidently adopt artificial intelligence. We deliver tailored guidance that demystifies AI and translate its capabilities into real-world business outcomes—streamlining operations, accelerating analysis and decision-making, enhancing strategic execution, and driving enterprise-wide operational excellence. VENDOR SELECTION At CommenceAI, we guide organizations through the often complex process of AI vendor selection—cutting through market noise to identify solutions that align with each company’s operational needs, budget, and long-term strategy. We challenge the assumption that meaningful AI impact requires expensive, specialized platforms. Instead, we help enterprises unlock powerful capabilities using cost-efficient technologies—often leveraging tools they already license, such as Microsoft Copilot—while maintaining strong governance, security, and scalability. Our goal is to enable smart, strategic AI investments that deliver measurable value without unnecessary cost or complexity. PROMPT ENGINEERING TRAINING At CommenceAI, we deliver specialized prompt engineering training designed for enterprise organizations. Our program teaches leaders, managers, and frontline teams how to craft precise, effective prompts to optimize interactions with AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
