We empower the fitness seeker, fitness fanatic, and martial artist through Kickboxing, Fast Track, Yoga, Boxing, Fight and Flow, Power Track, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and MMA classes. Our professional trainers also offer Personal Training sessions to accelerate your fitness progress and target your unique goals. Our five locations in Inman Park, West Midtown, Marietta, North Marietta, and Athens, Georgia are all equipped with heavy 120lb bags, a complete boxing ring, weight lifting and cardio equipment, a turf area for HIIT workouts, and padded rooms for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Yoga. Team X3 is a family of weekend Warriors, amateur athletes, and seasoned professionals who love to compete in fitness competitions. Krav Maga Global is an international company which specialises in educating promoting students, instructors and future to be school owners for the Krav Maga system. The KMG (Krav Maga Global) is an easy-to-learn system, performed naturally and intuitively which is highly useful under stressful conditions. An essential part of Krav Maga is its teaching process, methodology and ways of training. As a practical and tactical system it teaches how to prevent, deal and overcome all kinds of violence and attacks. Krav Maga prepares the trainees in the subjects of self-defence, self-protection, fighting and combat skills, as well as skills to defend others, all in unique and comprehensive teachings and way. Krav Maga was developed and founded in Israel by Imi Lichtenfeld (Sde-Or). The Krav Maga system continued, advanced and was modified by Eyal Yanilov, Imi's closest assistance, to what we know today as KMG - Krav Maga Global.
