The CommandHub Software as a Service solution is focused on the sharing of information on a need-to-know basis together with process assurance to prevent accidental and deliberate information leakage. Built on the most robust security architecture and intelligence community principles of compartmentation, the underlying technology is designed to be transparent to the user. As well as broad access to securely share files, each ‘site’ facilitates fine grained access controls that determine what can be accessed, shared or control what users can do with those documents to which they have access. With over 500 configuration settings, the rich functionality of the system can be configured to provide the relevant functionality for different requirements. Full audit trail and access management reports are provided together with regular functional and security enhancements and 24x7 local support. The patented HubVault technology within CommandHub provides end-point protection that secures documents ‘in transit’, ‘in use’ and ‘at rest’ with double-encryption at all points on Windows computers and mobile devices. The CommandHub platform has been IRAP assessed to the Australian Signals Directorate ISM PROTECTED standard. CommandHub deployments are built on a geo-replicated, multiple server, high availability architecture with a 99.997% Service Level Agreement.
