Marc has over 40 years experience building, managing, and investing in technology companies. He is also currently a Partner at Florida Funders and Chair of the Florida Funders investment committee. He co-founded the application development tools company Realia, Inc. and ran it until it was acquired by Computer Associates (CA) a multi-billion-dollar business software company. At CA Marc held a number of executive positions and left in 2000 to join JK&B Capital as a general partner responsible for investing in software and Internet companies. In the role of VC, Marc invested in and sat on the board of directors for over 50 startup technology companies. Since 2014 Marc has been an active angel investor and advisor to a wide range of technology companies. Mark has over 20 years of demonstrated success in the IT industry. Mark has led technology divisions of several companies from their inception through their IPO and/or acquisition. Having founded a company (which grew to over $8 million in revenue within 4 years) and served as CTO of a public company, Mark is seasoned in management and ownership aspects of small and businesses. Mark also is a licensed attorney and Certified Public Accountant. Michele has over 30 years experience in operations and senior level management. Michele has been involved in all facets of the property registration arena, including prospecting qualified leads to successful implementation of registration programs. Prior experience includes successful performance as VP of Operations and an integral key member responsible for the exponential growth of a proprietary software company in NYC.
