Come Play Detroit (CPD) was founded to create unique and active social experiences in Detroit. The founders were tired of the same old song, "There is nothing fun to do in Detroit," so we are doing something about it! CPD was founded to create active and social experiences in Detroit. In addition to organizing and operating intramural sports leagues, CPD hosts corporate events and partners with community organizations to activate, fundraise, and provide the PLAY in Live, Work & Play! CPD leagues and events provide an opportunity for young adults to achieve a dynamic lifestyle and become integrated with their community socially, professionally, and philanthropically. In addition to our leagues, we are part of public/private partnerships that help activate public spaces for the community. We provide full service project management, including staffing and programming.
