Colson Valves is a UK manufacturer of high-integrity instrumentation and double block & bleed valves, supplying safety-critical applications across oil & gas, chemical, energy and defence markets worldwide. For over 30 years, we have designed, machined, assembled and tested every valve we make in-house – and since moving to our purpose-built UK facility, that capability has only grown. Because everything happens under one roof, we stay in control of every stage of manufacture – from raw material through to final test. That gives us the agility to respond quickly when priorities shift, specifications change or lead times are critical. Communication is direct, decisions are fast, and accountability is clear. What we manufacture Our range covers instrument ball valves, needle valves, manifold valves and check valves, alongside standard and bespoke double block & bleed valve solutions for process isolation, fugitive emissions control, chemical injection, sampling and pipeline applications. Where a standard product does not fit the application, our engineering team designs and builds bespoke solutions in-house – often at short notice. Quality, traceability and compliance All products are manufactured under ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certified quality systems. Full material traceability is supplied as standard, with comprehensive inspection and test records maintained throughout. Trusted by major operators and EPCs Colson Valves is approved by Shell, BP, ExxonMobil, ADNOC and the UK MoD. That approval reflects a track record of consistent delivery – on specification, on documentation and on time. When you contact us, you’ll speak to engineers who know the products and the applications inside out. It’s part of our commitment to delivering the highest levels of service – and it’s one of the reasons our customers tend to stay with us. Got a project you’d like to discuss?
