Colourcon (Pvt) Ltd., a subsidiary of the Conmix Group of Companies (est.1953) based in Kandy, Sri Lanka pioneered manufacturing colour concrete roof tiles in 1999 under an Advanced Technology Industry Program. It was a bold and innovative scheme where for the first time in Sri Lanka and the whole of South Asia, roofing tiles would be manufactured in a fully automated factory using the most advanced technology with stringent quality controls far above the industry norm. As of 2016, Colourcon™ will be completing 17 years of operations in Sri Lanka. In these 17 years it has won 6 product awards from the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects with the first being an Excellence Award in 2000. Colourcon is also the first and only Roof Tile that has the Green Product Mark (Gold Standard) and since 2005, Colourcon™ remains the only Roof Tile company to have ISO 9001:2008 and SLS product quality certification both ensuring our products are recognized according to the best of global standards. Just as important as quality standards, Colourcon™ owes much of its success to its customer service program. We have a direct contact with all our end users and our objective is to always have a physical presence at every site where Colourcon™ is used. On top of all this, we provide a industry first 30 year Performance Warranty on our roof tiles thus our customers can be rest assured that the roof above their head is well secured.
