This includes checking to ensure they have ordered the right volume of tiles to minimize waste and delays in installation, ensuring they have the right tile adhesives, coordinating delivery, managing tradespeople and checking site preparation before work commences. We also monitor the quality of the tile work throughout the project until it is completed.
