Collins & Blaha, P.C. is involved in all aspects of school construction, from the pre-design phase to the building and close out phase of a public school district or public school academy project. The firm advises its clients on all competitive bidding and school district purchasing laws, as well as all general legal issues inherent in a construction project. The firm drafts, reviews and negotiates construction manager, architect, engineering, technology acquisition and other contracts on behalf of school districts. We also represent our clients' interests in connection with the acquisition of real property prior to a school construction project.
