Tarrant County Public Health (TCPH) provides services to all Tarrant County,Texas residents aimed at promoting, achieving and maintaining a healthy standard of living. Services include environmental, laboratory and disease control, as well as health screenings, education and community engagement throughout the life course. With a budget of $62 million, a staff of approximately 400 professionals in 18 permanent locations and additional outreach sites, TCPH serves a client base as diverse as the county's population. The department is nationally accredited by the Public Health Accreditation Board. TCPH services truly touch everyone, every day, everywhere.
