Collata Live offers an innovative hospitality service that specializes in providing outdoor culinary experiences through its travelling smoketrain, live-cooking street food stations, and pop-up bars. In addition, we produce bespoke live music festivals and other experiential, turnkey concepts for hospitality businesses. We currently operate two fixed site locations - The Watering Place Cafe within Gainsborough's House in Sudbury, Suffolk and West Kent Golf Club, Orpington, Kent.
